By accessing, the Voiceless India website, any other feature or other Voiceless India platforms, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept all these Terms, then you may not use Our Website. In these Terms, “we”, “us” , “our” or “Voiceless India” refers to Voiceless India, and “you” or “your” refers to you as the user of our Website and other resources.

 We may modify these Terms, for any reason at any time, by posting a new version on Our Website, these changes do not affect rights and obligations that arose prior to such changes. Your continued use of Our Website following the posting of modified Terms will be subject to the Terms in effect at the time of your use. Please review these Terms periodically for changes.

• We observe a close on all      government declared holidays and other holidays as declared within the      organisation. 

•  In case of any payment failure,      please email us at ping@voicelessindia.org 
• Payments can be made in INR.      Please contact us for      different payment modes.

 All payment transactions are processed through secure payment gateway providers. 

A customer can purchase any contribute/donate to Voiceless India through different payment options like, VISA / MasterCard / PayPal / Razor Pay depending upon which ones are currently being provided by Payment Gateway facility.

After the contribution/donation/payment process is carried out successfully, an official receipt of purchase is provided by payment Gateway on behalf of Voiceless India through email which can be used as a reference for any future requirements.

 We do not approve refund of donations, contributions or payments, however, in exceptional circumstances, please email us at ping@voicelessindia.org and the refund shall be processed at the discretion of Voiceless India. 

Any and all information collected by Voiceless India on its website or any other platform is only for its projects and programmes, or in any collaborative projects and programmes. Under no circumstances, will your information be released to any third party entities for commercial or non-commercial purposes.
